What is Transformational Embodiment exactly?
It is my goal to cut through the sometimes confusing and alienating vocabulary often found in the world of personal growth and development. To that end, I want to clarify that Transformational Embodiment is a holistic coaching strategy that integrates mind, body, and spirit to achieve profound personal growth and healing. By cultivating a deep awareness of our physical presence and sensations, we unlock the potential to transform our emotional and mental states. This practice fosters a connection between our internal experiences and outward expressions, allowing us to live more authentically and fully. Whether through mindful movement, breathwork, or meditative practices, Transformational Embodiment helps us align with our true selves and embrace a more empowered and balanced life.
Transformational Embodiment literally means becoming the change you desire to create in yourself. And by doing so transforming your relationship to yourself, your family, your business, your community and ultimately the world.

Is This You?
- You’ve been carrying a lot—anger, anxiety, self‑abandonment, or disillusionment—and you’re ready to move it.
- You’re successful on paper but feel stuck, scattered, or unfulfilled.
- You want stronger emotional regulation, better relationships, and a clear inner compass.
- You’ve crossed a personal threshold (health, career, family) and want to integrate what it’s teaching you.
- You crave accountability that’s compassionate, direct, and effective.
If any of this lands, you’re not broken—you’re at a threshold. Transformational Embodiment Coaching helps you cross it with integrity.

The Escape Velocity Framework
A practical arc that moves you from stuck to self‑led:
Phase 1 — Coming Home (up to 4 weeks)
Nervous‑system basics, values mapping, honest assessment, and compassionate truth‑telling.
Phase 2 — Reclaiming Power (up to 4 weeks)
Identity, boundaries, commitments, and habits that build energy, strength, and integrity.
Phase 3 — Living the Work (up to 4 weeks)
Relational congruence, purpose‑in‑action, and sustainable rhythms that keep you in motion.
Mindfulness & Meditation
We use simple practices to regulate and re‑center:
- 🌬️ Breathwork and box breathing for downshifting.
- 🧘♂️ Body‑based awareness (somatic tracking) for emotional clarity.
- 🥰 Loving‑kindness (metta) to soften reactivity and grow compassion.
- 👁️ Visualization and intention practice to align identity and action.

Who This Is For…And Who It’s Not.
For men who:
- ✅ Want meaningful change and are ready to do the work.
- ✅ Value integrity, accountability, and honest feedback.
- ✅ Prefer grounded, non‑performative personal growth.
Not for:
- 🚩 Those seeking quick fixes without practice.
- 🚩 Crisis/acute mental health needs (therapy is more appropriate).
- 🚩 Folks unwilling to pause, reflect, and implement.
Coaching is not therapy, medical, or legal advice. If you find yourself in need of mental health support, here are some resources to consider.
FAQs
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often focuses on healing the past; coaching focuses on committed action in the present and near future. Both can be powerful; sometimes they’re complementary.
Do you work with women or non‑binary clients?
Yes. While this page speaks to men, I coach clients of any gender identity who resonate with this approach.
Where do sessions happen?
In person (Washington, DC Metro) or virtually on an agreed upon platform like Zoom or Google Meet.
What happens on the discovery call?
We clarify your goals, discuss fit, and map options. If we’re not a match, I’ll gladly suggest alternatives.
What’s the commitment?
Most clients choose a 12‑week container. Some extend to 6 months. We’ll decide together what best suits your goals.
Do you take insurance?
No. Coaching is a private, values‑aligned investment. Some clients may use HSA/FSA—check with your provider.
What are your fees?
We’ll discuss options on the call, including payment plans. My goal is a clear, simple agreement that respects your season and goals. My policy is to share the Green Bottle Method of value exchange for our work together.
How do I prepare?
Arrive with one meaningful outcome you want within 90 days. We’ll start there.
