In this episode, I’m sharing updates from week three of my cancer treatment, with a special emphasis on the significance of relationships in healing. I spend some time reflecting on the time spent with family – particularly my father – and the emotional journey of reconnecting and understanding each other better.
I also give an update here on the “wake-up call” of this week and discuss the physical challenges I’m already experiencing during treatment, including managing symptoms and maintaining nutrition. And finally just deep gratitude for the support I have received during this journey.
Hope you guys like the ‘stache! 👨🏼🦳 Not sure how long it’ll last, but I keep losing hair out of the right side of my face, so this looks maybe a little less ridiculous. Or maybe I’m just fooling myself!
I also mention an upcoming opportunity to drop into a very special “Ask Me Anything” type event with some other teachers from Insight Timer. This will be an open call on Saturday, September 28 from 2:45 – 4:30pm EST. Link to join below, and just prayers up that my voice will continue to hold!
