After being led and coached by Weston, it became clear almost immediately what an incredible listener he is and how much of a passion he has for helping people. Throughout our time together I’ve just felt so supported and taken care of by him. He leads from his heart and shows up with an openness that gives me permission to show up with him however I need to. He is an excellent coach, leader, father, and man. It’s been an absolute pleasure being able to share this work with him.
