In the role of Creative Director, I lead my team of designers and copywriters in creating unique and engaging online content that pushed engagement opportunities into a realm that delivered entertainment while also meeting the business needs of our client.
We did this by creating contextually relevant marketing assets and also experimented with long form content as a way of building trust and interest in communities where new products were being rolled out. Overall, this strategy proved to be much more effective than traditional display advertising and allowed CenturyLink to burnish its reputation in market.
CenturyLink Smart Home
For CenturyLink’s Smart Home product, we created a unique concept which showed a happy homeowner essentially “conducting” the smart home features in her home which demonstrates life in “harmony”. We composed an entirely unique piece of music in collaboration with a producer in New York which subtly accentuates her interactions with the Smart Home interface. This was a really fun piece to concept and create.
1Gig In Omaha
When CenturyLink rolled out its 1Gig product in Omaha, we connected with local business owners and leaders to create a testimonial montage as well as individual features and a long form piece that told the story of the importance and significance of CenturyLink’s infrastructure investment in Omaha.
FutureProof
Created as an anthem concept for CenturyLink to demonstrate the company’s understanding of trends in technology, this campaign highlights their commitment to invest in the proper infrastructure to support the growing needs of its customers.
