We don’t find our power by force — we reclaim it by remembering who we are. This meditation course helps you embody self-trust, clarity, and confidence.
Making Presence Personal
For a long time, I thought power had to look a certain way. Assertive. Unshakable. Untouchable.
But the older I get — the more seasons I move through, the more initiations I survive — the more I understand that real power is something else entirely.
Real power is honest. Real power is quiet. Real power is embodied.
It’s not about being the loudest in the room. It’s about trusting your voice enough to speak when it matters. It’s about saying “yes” with your whole body — and “no” with clarity, not guilt.
It’s about writing your own story, even if you once handed the pen to someone else. This course, Reclaiming Power, was born from the process of doing exactly that.

The Cost of Fragmentation
Losing our power doesn’t always happen all at once. More often, it’s death by a thousand compromises. We shrink a little to keep the peace. We stay silent to avoid conflict. We shape-shift to fit in — until we no longer recognize who we’ve become.
Over time, our energy leaks. Our clarity fades. We forget how to hear ourselves.
That fragmentation — between who we are and who we pretend to be — takes a toll.
Eventually, we realize that it’s not sustainable. That something vital has been lost.
That it’s time to come home to ourselves — and reclaim what’s always been ours.
Why Reclaiming Your Power Matters
Power, in this context, isn’t about dominance or control. It’s about congruence — when your inner truth and outer life begin to align. It’s about presence. Boundaries. Integrity.
The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don’t have any.
Alice Walker
And the most radical thing we can do? Remember that we do.
That we get to choose again. That we can root into self-trust. That we can rewrite the story from the inside out.
This is the path of reclamation. And that’s exactly what Reclaiming Power helps you walk.
The Science Behind Embodied Confidence
Research continues to affirm the power of intentional daily practice. Studies show that mindfulness and visualization can significantly improve emotional regulation, self-efficacy, and identity integration.¹
When paired with somatic awareness and narrative reframing, these tools don’t just calm the nervous system — they create space for real, lasting change.²
You don’t need more willpower. You need more alignment. That’s what Reclaiming Power helps you cultivate — day by day, breath by breath.

The Invitation: Reclaiming Power (4-Week Meditation Course)
This second course in the self-mastery series picks up where Coming Home left off. It’s bolder. More activating. A guided return to clarity, confidence, and embodied authorship.
Each week is a new invitation:
Week 1 — Shedding Old Stories
We begin by exploring the identities, roles, and beliefs we’ve inherited — and gently release what no longer serves.
Week 2 — Rewriting the Narrative
From victimhood to authorship. We practice rewriting the inner story with intention, compassion, and sovereignty.
Week 3 — Energetic Alignment
We drop into the body. Explore boundaries. Reclaim vitality. Restore integrity between what we feel and how we act.
Week 4 — Embodied Confidence
This is where integration becomes action. We practice walking forward in full alignment with who we truly are.
Here’s what you’ll receive:
- 4 weeks of guided daily meditations (about 15 minutes each)
- Daily affirmations and visualizations to anchor new patterns
- Journaling prompts to deepen integration
- Somatic cues to ground your growth in the body
- A supportive structure that meets you where you are
If you’re looking for a daily meditation to reconnect with yourself, this course is designed with you in mind. Already an Insight Timer Plus subscriber? You’ll have full access. If not, they offer a free trial — and I hope it gives you what you need to feel reconnected and renewed.

What’s Next: A Larger Journey
This course is part of a three-part journey toward self-mastery:
- Coming Home – Reconnection, awareness, emotional clarity
- Reclaiming Power – Embodiment, authorship, identity integration
- Living the Work (Coming Soon!) – Devotion, service, sustainable alignment
Each course stands alone, but together they form a powerful arc — from awakening to actualization.
I’ll share more soon about the third course. For now, we begin here.
